Picture Yourself at Quinnipiac

We make it easy to visit our beautiful campus all year long. Why should you visit? Spending time here will give you insights that you just can’t duplicate from a distance:

  1. You can talk one-on-one with faculty members from different academic programs.
  2. You can speak with admissions staff and get information from financial aid counselors.
  3. You can chat with current students and get their take on campus life.
  4. You can take a guided tour of the campus.
  5. You can sample the food, sit in on classes and get an overall feel for what it would be like to be part of our community.

Fantastic Location
So what will you find when you come see us? A fantastic location that offers a suburban setting with easy access to city life.

At Quinnipiac, hiking, biking and the natural beauty of our Connecticut setting are all right there at your doorstep.

Sleeping Giant State Park is adjacent to our Mt. Carmel campus. You can take a hike or go mountain biking after class, or plan a picnic with friends on the weekend. There are 30 miles of trails to explore, offering dazzling views of the Connecticut countryside (spectacular when it’s decked out in fall foliage) and Long Island Sound.

New Haven is less than 15 minutes away, with restaurants, music, shopping and a rich cultural life that includes museums, art galleries and theater. Our campus shuttle provides free transport seven days a week during the fall and spring semesters. Drama and musical theater productions at the Long Wharf and the Shubert Theater are equal to Broadway. The New Haven Symphony at Woolsey Hall on the Yale campus offers half-price tickets with a student ID.

Less than two hours away are the bright lights of two of America’s favorite cities: New York and Boston. Metro-North operates trains to New York about every hour. Amtrak has regularly scheduled service to Boston.
